Then i had a choice: i could beg to go to the schmidt music center to buy the big-ass book of christmas carols that i love to death but have to give back to my piano teacher so i need my own copy, OR, beg to go up to suncoast/that otaku stand mimi was talking about to see what i could fanagle the padre into buying me.

So -- the new issue of newtype came with a DVD that has the Excel Saga preview on it, which made me laugh hysterically the first time, giggle the second time, and laugh the rest of the times, a-HAHA-hahah.

Meghan went and stole my magical purple raping marker. She won't give it back unless I agree to be her art whore, which i was almost going to give in to her.

but then, something better happened.

see, the thing is, that was kinda my last magic marker. my others are all dead and dry, and besides, this was the Mystical Purple Raping Marker! so i'm bitching -- and all of a sudden, i'm somebody else's art whore. heh. i signed a contract and everything. i may not get my marker back but i know it'll piss her off.

speaking of which, my contract is a really really good one. i get full insurance, including pygmy damage, and insurance coverage for any monkeys that i might procure in my life.

i'll give you ONE guess only as to who's art whore i am now.

besides corinnes, because i'm kind of her whore at the moment. she was talking about how her brother is always drawing these neat things but he'll never let her have ANY of them...so she wanted me to draw her something. anything.

it's understandable that we can get really attached and anal about our art -- if you want something, you have to say so at the beginning, which haha tough luck for you, you don't know what you're gonna get. when i'm drawing something that i know i'm just gonna give away, i still try and do a good job, but i feel detached and don't become fond of the picture. whereas if i draw something, if i like it i'll keep it [if i don't, it kisses the inside of a trash can] and theres no way in hell i'll give it up.

lalalala, shibbila. i gotta makey cds for michi-michi because right after i make her a cd something else finishes downloading and i have to add it on because i MUST because THATS THE WAY IT IS!!
